Policy
I. Providing Services for Children
- Accommodation: Children under the age of 12 stay for free when sharing a room with parents or guardians.
- Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children at all times within the hotel premises.
- Safety: Children must not be left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. They are not allowed to play alone in hallways, elevators, or other restricted areas for safety reasons.
- Dining: High chairs and children’s menus are available at our on-site restaurants. Special arrangements for your child’s dining needs can be made by informing our staff.
- Activities: We may organize family-friendly events and activities during your stay to create memorable experiences for children. Please contact our reception for detailed information.
II. Child Protection Policies
- Prohibition of Abuse: All forms of child violence, abuse, and child labor are strictly prohibited.
- Service Commitment: We are committed to providing full services for children, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Reporting: Any suspected abuse or violence against children must be immediately reported to the BOD/ Manager on Duty and the authorities at 02353 527 777.
- Coordination with Authorities: We will report and coordinate with the authorities if any case of child abuse or violence is identified.
