It is precisely these alluring aromas and exceptional natural qualities that inspired MasterChef Phạm Tuấn Hải to create Mộc Garden - an elegant “garden-in-the-city” dining space.

Together with a passionate culinary team, MasterChef Phạm Tuấn Hải has crafted a menu that honors regional herbs, vegetables, and signature Central Vietnamese spices, offering dishes that are delicious, beautifully presented, and nutritionally balanced.

Inspired by the basil leaf - symbolizing freshness and the abundance of local herbs - combined with warm earthy tones reminiscent of wood, soil, and rustic bamboo baskets, Mộc Garden embodies the simplicity and authenticity of Hoi An.

FOUR PLATES

Located by the refreshing poolside, Four Plates Restaurant offers a spacious and tranquil setting where natural light and open views create a sense of comfort in every moment. With a total area of 526m² and a layout stretching along the pool, it is an ideal venue for refined and relaxing dining experiences.

The restaurant serves a diverse breakfast buffet featuring a selection of Western and Asian cuisines, complemented by vegetarian and wellness options, as well as fresh herbs from the on-site garden. Hot dishes are rotated daily, ensuring variety and balance, especially for long-stay guests.

Beyond breakfast, Four Plates is also a perfect setting for private BBQ gatherings by the pool, where privacy, an open atmosphere, and attentive service come together to create memorable and well-curated dining experiences.
