The menu reference classic favorites, but with contemporary interpretations by our executive chef Vien. Vien comes from Cam Thanh vegetable village where he grew up surrounded by passionate gardeners and organic produce. His career in high-end restaurants and hotels has seen him working in Dubai for 5 years, as well as being an executive chef for 6 years in high-end Hoi An resorts.
